I founded TGMG in the fall of 2005 with the intention of filling, what I and many of my clients saw as, large gaps in the regional commercial brokerage sector. This company was established from multiple clients’ post-transaction feedback, and the pre-transaction expectation management sessions. What became obvious from marrying these two incredible pieces of information were my client’s needs of wanting to be treated in a very similar manner that I wanted to be treated when I was the client. Identifying this key concept quickly laid the ground work for our groups dynamic and guiding principles, which are stated below.
· I demand professionalism.
· I require detailed oriented through work output.
· I expect to form long lasting relationships with clients that will forge on into the future.
I quickly found these three principles could easily be achieved with my clients if I constantly posed the question,
“Would I be satisfied with this transaction experience?”
Obviously there are many different types of transactions we as Generalist execute, but the net result is no matter the financial scale, property sector, or investment class, each client’s transaction will be handled in a manner that reflects my founding three principles.
This has been a substantial undertaking, but the benefits to the consumers have already been clear. I believe in the concept of team work, and firmly believe my growing team of five will surpass your expectations.

Robb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Catawba College. A Statesville native, Robb’s strong ties to Statesville and Iredell County go back to his grandfather. His family has been involved in the real estate industry for over 60 years, giving him an advantage in understanding the Statesville/Iredell real estate market. Prior to his real estate career, Robb worked for Carolina Power and Light for sixteen years during the construction, start-up, and operation of the Harris Nuclear Plant. Robb then moved back to Statesville in the fall of 1997 to raise his family. Robb chose to return back to Statesville because of the sense of community and the small town atmosphere it provides, yet still close to metropolitan areas and recreational resources such as Lake Norman. When asked why he chose Lake Norman Realty, Robb said, “It’s because of their reputation and commitment to the communities where they do business.” Robb is also Managing Partner of Collier Properties LLC, partner in ABEAR Development, and owner of Collier Development LLC. He is very active in the Iredell County Home Builders Association where he has previously served in many capacities. In 2000 and 2001 he served as their president, and in 2007 he will again lead them. Since 2002 he has also served as Regional Vice President for the NC Home Builders Association. Robb also is on the Executive Board for the Greater Statesville Development Corporation and the Committee of 100. He is a Board Member for the Iredell Museums, Inc., and serves on the Finance Committee for Broad Street United Methodist Church. He is also a member of the Statesville Rotary Club. In his spare time, Robb enjoys playing golf, deep sea fishing, and enjoying life with his children, Rock and Bristol Marie. Robb brings a wealth of knowledge to his customers, and his commitment is second to none.
